DENJANG CHIGAE

DENJANG CHIGAE Bahan-Bahan : - Bumbu Denjang - Tahu - Jamur Enoki - Bawang Putih Bubuk - Bawang Bombay - Daun Bawang - Cabe Rawit Korea - Air Cara Membuat : 1. Rebus air sekitar 600 ml dengan 2 sendok makan bumbu denjang hingga mendidih 2. Potong potong tahu, bawang bombay, daun bawang, dan cabe rawit korea 3. Setelah kuah mendidih, masukkan tahu dan tunggu sekitar 5-10 menit 4. Selanjutnya masukkan bawang bombay, daun bawang, dan cabe rawit korea yang sudah dipotong-potong 5. Masukkan bawang putih bubuk secukupnya lalu aduk 6. Masukkan jamur enoki yang sudah disuir-suir, lalu aduk sampai rata 7. Sup siap disajikan
